Domestic Delivery

Within the UAE, reliableheater.com delivers to all emirates. You have to pay delivery charge on any order on our website charges will be confirmed on sale value.. Orders in the UAE are generally dispatched within 4-5 working days although this may take longer if the shipping address is remote, during national holidays and under other circumstances.

GCC countries & International Delivery

Outside the UAE, reliableheater.com deliver, for those we offer fee depends on sale value and weights of items purchased on our website. Orders are generally dispatched within 6-7 working days although this may take longer if the shipping address is remote, during national holidays and under other circumstances.

Customs local taxes and VAT taxes will apply at the moment of delivery. The customer will need to pay thoses fees to the transport company.

Tracking

You can use the Airway Bill (AWB) Shipping Reference included in your Order Confirmation email to track your order here.

Scheduling Deliveries

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be contacted by our delivery partner customer service team will call you to schedule the most convenient time for delivery. Orders received on a weekend or public holiday will be dispatched the next working day. Please note that multiple orders may be consolidated into one delivery.
